BMW’s flagship model is made even more exclusive by the engineers at Alpina.  The Alpina factory takes the BMW 750i and thoroughly works over the engine, drive train, exterior body, wheels and interior to make one of the most sought after and exclusive cars on the market today.  The engine in the Alpina gets bigger turbo chargers, high performance pistons, Alpina ECU mapping, reinforced cylinder walls, and additional cooling.  Upgraded and stronger transmission, drive shaft and half-shafts are then added.  Special coil over springs and lower ride height are complimented by Alpina’s 21″ wheels and new front and rear body cladding improves cooling and aerodynamics.  New steering wheel, gloss black trim, name plates and a full leather/alcantera headliner, dash and door panels are added.  Only 500 Alpina’s a year came to the states making it extremely rare.
