I’m looking for someone for a full time, entry-level position. Ideally you’ll be an absolute car-nut who wants to work hard and grow into a well trained technician, and eventually into a management position, of my small and growing company.
This entry level position is full or part time (9-6pm, M-F). No experience is preferred. Clean driving and criminal record required. You’ll begin with training on the chemical and equipment used, followed by service terms and definitions. This position starts at $11/hr with a 30-day trial period while both yourself and the company decide if it’s a good fit. Pay increases are based on each additional service mastered (Headlight restoration, Touch up, Paint Correction, Paint Coating, etc) as well as performance based increases that are reviewed each quarter. Health, vision and dental benefits are possible in place of skills-based increases if you prefer.
